So I have ran the game perfectly fine through beta. I have an Nvidia GTX 3070 GPU. For some reason, even I start the game in borderless mode, it just shows me nothing. I can hear the game in the background, and I can press space and esc to interact, but I literally am I just looking at my desktop. So I try fullscreen. Now I can see the game but my taskbar will not get off the bottom of my screen. I tried the alt + enter thing, restarting my computer, made sure ally my drivers were updated, verified the game files, everything. Still doesn’t work. So I try started in fullscreen and then swap to borderless in game to see if that works. Back to just staring at my desktop and hearing the game again. It’s incredibly frustrating. There isn’t a crash report or anything because it isn’t crashing.
I have the game on Steam. And like I said, I did not have this issue in beta. Here’s a screenshot of what I see when trying to preview the window when it’s in borderless mode. There’s just nothing there, and sure enough, I can’t see anything when I click it. If my monitor had a weird resolution it would be understandable. But no, it’s 1920x1080. I really wanna play this but haven’t been able to at all today because of this.

Does nothing in Borderless. Minimizes and moves the window around in fullscreen (somehow) but doesn’t get rid of the taskbar.
Something to add is that I think it’s opening a literal 4 pixel window at the top left corner of my screen in Borderless mode. I dunno if that helps, but it flat out doesn’t make sense.
Have we had a single update on this? I can’t play the game still.
It’s been 5 days and I still can’t play. Can I get ANY response or assistance? This is ridiculous. I have 42 hours in Beta and I legit cannot play due to these errors.

I did. But there’s nothing ya’ll can do to fix this? Like nothing at all? I’d like to be able to just play the game ideally, but waiting a full month for support is insane. I got one piece of troubleshooting advice a month ago that didn’t work and then nothing. I don’t know anyone else with this issue. I’m really disappointed here. It doesn’t feel like any actual attempt was made to help me. I don’t hate the game. I wouldn’t be sitting here even checking the topic still if I didn’t REALLY want to play it.
Hello? Another month with no reply? I’m really trying here. I haven’t gotten my support ticket back either. I’ve never had this issue with any other community support. I really want to play this game. You guys really would rather just give me money back then actually give me any real troubleshooting help? 2 whole months without any progress. The refund request led my nowhere, which I reluctantly tried after 2 more weeks of waiting on a reply. This is really not cool.
Did you use the same email address as the one used here to submit your ticket? On looking it up in our Support Portal, it returns no results. If you created your ticket using another email address, please DM it to me
Are you straight up saying you can’t help me with this error at all? You seem to be dodging the questions related to that. I don’t understand why a refund is now my only option. I legit mentioned that in the first place to hopefully get your attention after a full month of zero replies. What kind of support is this? You aren’t helping me. You gave me a single fix that didn’t work then didn’t say a thing for a month. Maybe someone else can take this ticket? I legit do not get this. This is really unprofessional.
Lemme really really make sure I’m understood. If NO OTHER OPTION is here, I want a refund. HOWEVER, I would prefer that I DON’T HAVE TO get a refund. I WANT to play the game. I want technical support. That is the BEST OPTION. The fact I have to bring up a refund to get a reply at all is really bad.
Have you tried Alt+Enter to get rid of the task bar?

To make sure you receive responses in a timely manner I recommend contacting us via the Support Portal which I understand you say you’ve already done, but looking up your email address produces no results.
I was also under the impression you wanted a refund based on your previous response.
This is a very niche issue that I don’t have the answers for but I can continue to press this with development for potential solutions.
I would really appreciate that. And I get being busy, but there have been multiple instances of a monthlong silence. That isn’t something I’ve dealt with in any tech support scenario. I even provided further info on the issue with the windowless fullscreen (which is by far the strangest). I honestly was so desperate for any reply at the time I even mentioned a refund because I had multiple groups of friends playing this game that I had basically convinced them to buy, and suddenly I couldn’t play it.
Yep. Didn’t work. I basically had to just play with the Taskbar which also tends to do some odd things during gameplay.
