Isn’t Fullscreen the same thing as Borderless ?

i mean there were 3 options if i remmber borderless full screen and windowed

Fullscreen is Borderless, there is not true Fullscreen anymore

oh i didnt noticed it

that was mentioned in one of the latest updates, they decided to delete true fullscreen in favor of borderless one because 1. windows improved stability of it and 2. it had more problems than borderless
