I have collectors edition but never got my collectors pack

I bought the collectors edition but i never got the pack.I dont know if it was send or if the comunityneeds more Private information.Please Vermintide 2 team.I want my Collectors pack.

Owning the collectors edition on PC will:

  • Add a Collectors Edition folder in the game files:
    C:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Warhammer Vermintide 2\Collectors Edition
    This houses all game music, maps and some wallpapers but none of the concept art we crave for.

  • Sigmar statue in keep

  • Portrait frame in game

  • 3 random recruit deeds
