Collector Edition doesnt give me the new skins

Issue Description:
I buy the Collector Edition resently but it didnt give me the skins, i also buy Vermitide 1 and i got the champios skins normaly. Y buy them at the same time
And the after the Wolf-Father gifs, a star is always apearing in colecction, showing me the skins i got each time i start the game.

Upload Console Log:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
  5. Upload here

Upload user_settings.config:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2
  4. Locate the user_settings.config in this directory
  5. Upload here

Sorry about that - I’ve added the Helmgart Heraldry hero skins to your account. You should see them in your inventory when you next restart Vermintide 2 :slight_smile:

As for the cosmetic notification, this bug is on our radar and we’re looking into it. Apologies for the inconvenience.
