It doesn’t matter if you do QuickPlay or not.
RNG rules the loot. If you are not kind to Ranald, he will not be kind to you.

Or you can just farm skitter gate. 3x (75% of a bar) is greater than quickplay bonus (50% of a bar). Then again, getting skittergate on quick play is almost a guaranteed emp’s vault
