Depends. Probably useless 9/10 games, then clutch af that one game. At the moment i find it very useful with all the fresh players in over their head.
Edit: i like to watch choco b videos occasionally. Usually he is the last man standing circling the map with a horde and a boss onto him where he tries to create space for a rescue. Those clutches could come much easier now to a great player.
It’s good for Havoc where manual revives can be super risky or outright impossible
Other than that yeah, they’re not that useful
Think it’s useful but sucks it uses a blitz I wish it could just refill at the Medicae or something instead of taking the blitz from a blitz-nade-needing class
I’ve noticed it seems limited in range and/or sensitive to being blocked by random things. Not sure how I feel about that.

Waaaaay more useful than the Purgator Skull. At least the Medicae skull can be a clutch saver and not just a waste of a talent point and blitz charges.
i think servo skull blitz should be like arbiter dog blitz, aint consuming grenades but got 1 charge ( maximum charge is 2 or 3 ) after cooldown of 45-60s. both medicay n flame skulls r kinda dumb to me. even zealot flame grenade is better than flame servo skull
Agree, I find it a bit stupid to “recharge” my medical skull.
I thought so at first but on reflection it stops cheesing revives and saves from disables. Personally I think it’s like a screwdriver; useless, right until you need it.
Medicae servo skull is great, it reliably pulls off assists/revives which would otherwise be impossible. It’s one of those abilities that can genuinely stop you from losing the game all by itself. Of course it doesn’t do much for you in general gameplay, but if that’s what you want, just take noospheric command instead. You won’t notice the medicae servoskull most of the time - right up until the moment when you need it, and then it’s absolutely clutch.
That said, I have no idea how you revive someone by shoving a grenade up their ass. But my servo skull is making it work somehow, so maybe I shouldn’t ask…
