Heavy sword deal with multiple enemies really well with its light attacks and the Strikedown heavy is very strong against one target. A lot of time I don’t see any reason to use the Vanguard heavy, since it basically does the same thing as light attacks but slower. Especially when I am using crit build, attack speed is very important.
In Patch 14, the Vanguard heavy attack got nerfed from many different perspectives (base damage, finesse damage, and unarmed damage), I just don’t see the reason why. It just forces me to repeat the special-heavy-special-heavy, if I need to use the heavy attack.
