i keep getting this stupid error 90% of my games litterly makes playing solo impossible cause i DC at 50 or 90% of the way through a mission and its extremely fusterating and i cant even get a refund cause i have over 15 hours now and ive tried many trouble shooting things nothing has helped and no other game ive ever played has had issues or network issues

@Fade_Glow sorry to hear this! We’ve checked your log and our server logs, and from what we can see the server was healthy when you disconnected. However, your game stopped receiving responses from the server, which indicates packets dropped in your connection.
I recommend temporarily switching to a mobile data connection if possible and checking to see if the error persists. This can help to determine if the issue is network/ISP-related.
Other suggestions are:
- Disable VPN or any network boosting software if applicable
- Switch to a wired connection if possible
- Ensure you have appropriate Anti-Virus and Firewall exceptions in place for Darktide, and ensure that your connection is not being blocked or restricted
- Check your router for any Quality of Service or bandwith-limiting features and try disabling them

i dont have acess to a mobile data connection and i hjave tried every possbile trouble shooting possiblity apart from port fowarding, it is fire wall exceptioned and i have tried wired and non wired connection i dont have a vpn either. i live in a granny flat next to my dads house and hes using a booster for my connection, i dont know much about routers and wifi tho
i also disconect sometimes just sitting in the main lobby area like consitantly id say every 40 minutes id get a DC error 2014
spent more time trouble shooting this than playing the game very dissapointing…

It’s possible that there’s something not playing nicely with the network, and booster. It could equally be ISP-related. From our side, the server logs appear healthy, so we don’t have any clear indicators unfortunately.
It could be worth contacting your ISP and explaining the situation to them, as they might be able to dig into things on their end and identify any fault in the connection.
Otherwise, if you’d be happy to provide us with a few additional console logs for comparison, from sessions that you experience disconnect errors - then I can share these with our backend developers to see if they have any additional suggestions or insight.

i dont know what isp related is also this mission Dark communion has like a 9/10 DC rate on me
this game is trying everything in its power to stop me from playing and im beyond fusterated 
@Fade_Glow apologies! ISP = your internet service provider, so the company that provide your internet service is best to contact - hopefully they’ll be able to identify any faults in the connection.
