It can be anything. I don’t care if it’s still the worst keystone I just want it to be usable to some extent PLEASE. Every time I take this keystone as Arbitrator it’s because I forgot why I stopped using it, then immediately remember 2 minutes into the game.
EO does the same exact thing essentially but with wall hacks, crits, and CDR.
Forceful gives 50% impact, 25% DR and up to 25% strength which can both be maintained and stacked simutaneously.
Terminus Warrant only gives stacks while buffed. The two sidegrade keystones are very bad and a waste of talent points. The max stacks are 30, but if you want to make use of the frankly very bad buffs those keystone upgrades give, you can’t swap off of your weapon or you’ll lose the 30 stack bonus.
I get it was supposed to be a more modern implementation of Weapon Specialist but it’s just so bad.
