How to get new weapons in Versus?

Hi heroes and fat sharks

I completed some games in versus and got chests as rewards, where are these chests? how to open them?
in the keep there are the nomal chests, I open them and the items stay in normal mode, I go back to versus mode and no items there

how to craft new weapons?

You can’t craft new weapons in versus.

we are stuck with the basic starting weapons?

It’s for the sake of balance. Heroes are already quite strong and adding Skaven DMG + Swift Slaying/Conservative Shooter to everything would just result in players tearing through hordes and sniping all the specialists without ever running out of ammo.
