Just a picture for a better understanding:
The issue is, that Hounds jump on you and should clearly hit you. In the scenario of the picture i didn´t even dodged. The hound pretty much jumped on me a bit right-sided, but it lasted like he would jump against a wall or something and fly like 2s or so in the air on that spot until he fall to the ground. I´ve walked to the left and just killed my little peacefully friend.
The compensation might help players with high latency, but it actually doesn´t seem to keep players with low intensity in mind. Dunno if something got changes on top aswell, but it´s pretty much like the mutants running through you without grabbing thanks to the changes made.
It seems to be exeggerated at the hounds and should get tweaked back to a point where hounds still be some threat and also catch players that don´t dodge nearly perfectly., no matter the latency.
Catching them out of air is also way too easy right now thanks to the compensation and missing stagger-resistance i guess.
EDIT: And no, i didn´t blocked, pushed or whatever. As it´s written, the hound just stucked in the air like it would jump against a wall.
