Issue Description (Required):
My PC specs:
AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D
GeForce RTX 3080
16384 MBytes DDR4-3200 (1600 MHz) Ram
MPG B550 GAMING PLUS Mainboard
The NVidia overlay says I am around at least 90 fps but honestly it feels like I am always below 30 fps, even in the lobby. Actually it is the first time I see such a difference between the NVidia overlay number and reality.
Attempted Solutions (Optional):
I played with all the video settings, performance does not change.
