Issue Summary: Hook Rat can pull you thru the ground in Blightreaper.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Get hooked
  2. Get pulled down
  3. Die under the map

Reproduction Rate (Choose One):
Unusual (< 25%)

Had something similar happen to a teammate on Against the Grain yesterday, though not as severe as my teammate was retrievable.

My teammate was dragged through one of the fences where we could not reach them - we managed to free him using ranged weapons, though. He was then able to walk out of bounds once freed. (though he hopped back in-bounds shortly after).

will they ever fix? no because same thing is in VT1
