Stand near terrain that has a corner the player cannot jump over, they must walk around. Specifically something like a fish hook shape.
Hook reaches through the corner of the object as long as it has the slighting inkling of direct line of sight
Get hooked near said terrain
Player model gets caught on it
Hook rat keeps getting further away
Happened specifically in the Horn of Magnus on the rooftop section as we hid in the side room before the bridge across the roof to avoid the patrol.
