Heroic Intervention not working

Issue Summary:
Heroic Intervention not giving temp hp

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Push or attack or kill disabler
  2. Not reap the benefits

Reproduction Rate (Choose One):
Constant (100%)

Additional Information:
With Battle Wizard having 100% block cost reduction and not great crit chance, I decided to try some of the lesser-used traits on my sword. I put on Heroic Intervention and joined the modded realm to test. I spawned in hook rats and assassins and let them go to town on the bots. Pushing, attack, or killing the disablers did not give temp hp to me or the bot.
