I know I’m a bit late but a WHILE back there was a Twitch drop event. I watched, was connected, etc but never received anything. How should I contact Fatshark about this?

If it didn’t show up as a claimable there might’ve been an issue with how the accounts were connected which is a somewhat common problem with Twitch drops in general. It’s not your fault, sometimes they just need to be unlinked and relinked for it to count. Unfortunately Twitch drops have an expiry, so even if you got the drop and didn’t claim it it’s probably long gone by now.
You could try asking support and maybe they can just give it to you, but I wouldn’t hold my breath.
