Missing Twitch Drops

Good morning/afternoon/evening/whateverthetimeyouhappentobereadingthis

Long story short, the Twitch Drops from the newest campaign have not appeared in my inventory. I have been waiting the past 2 days, which according to the people I’ve asked in the forums is unusual.

  1. I had the steam-darktide-twitch linked since the last drop campaign you’ve had and if I remember correctly, I’ve received the drops from it, without any problems
  2. I have watched the required amount of time of streams to receive the drops, the drops appeared in my inventory and I pressed ‘‘claim’’ on them - I will attach a proof of what I said below.

Hello, I’ve had a look at your account, and it appears the Twitch Drops are in your inventory as expected.

The names don’t quite match up with what you see on Twitch due to a character limit, which can cause some confusion!
