Penance: Dodge this 3. Kill 15 enemies within 10 sec.
I used the multiplied brain burst perk that kills +10 enemies after with a brain burst. I got this way the frenzied killer (120 enemies within 30 sec), but not the Dodge This this penance.
This is the buff I used: Infectious Headache. Using Brain Burst head-pops 10 enemies around the target.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Use Infectious Headache in Mortis.
Use Brain Burst a lot.
