Havoc first impression

To begin your journey with Havoc you need to be playing on an eligible level 30 character, where you will receive a notification upon logging in saying Darinda Dukane wishes to speak with you. She will give you the task of finishing a Maelstrom mission in order to qualify. If a player completes an Auric Maelstrom mission, that player will be immediately given access to Havoc Assignment Rank 10.

Ig they say it here, but not specifically level 10. You have to complete any Malestrom to get into Havoc, not an Auric one. So you can complete a Malice Maelstrom and get in lol.
