Unfortunately fatshark doesn’t seem understand how to actually reward skilled people. Two weeks from now all the bads with Auric Storm Survivor will also have True Survivor because they piggybacked in someone else’s game.
All that work making us wait an extra week and all it does is prolong the inevitable - these developers need to start using their BRAINS. First, in order to play HAVOC at AURIC level - a minimum of 100 auric maelstroms should be WON. That GUARANTEES that no scrubs are going to be joining havoc and it GUARANTEES that every title associated with havoc was won through SKILL.
Oh, you wanted EVERYONE to experience Havoc? Then make a NON AURIC version with no titles. That way, everyone gets included and can’t complain. “Why can’t I get a title playing non auric havoc?” BECAUSE THE TITLES ARE RESERVED FOR SKILLED PEOPLE. It isn’t that difficult. I literally thought of this in 1 minute.

Because no one cares about people playing non auric thus we can all live happily ever after. The people who don’t have the skill CAN’T join Auric Havoc - and the people who DO have the skill aren’t being bombarded with sub 15 hour players trying out the literal hardest difficulty in the game.
This would also MAYBE encourage said “non skilled” players to actually acquire some skill rather than get carried.
i think you underestimate the tenacity of those piggies holding on to their saddle for dear life
and sadly (and i´m in no way against a higher cap for havoc entry) these 100 matches wouldn´t deter them for long since its their default way of playing the game.
i know the game isn´t tracking stats etc, but somewhere theres a method to measure how much the actual contribution of people towards the success of a match really is.
yes there are “support” players but even they got measurable influence in terms of activating stuff on the map / auspex / deploying ammo&health / stim your fellow mate / stunning enemies in numbers that has actual benefit towards winning an encounter, etc. etc.
you can´t be the last one in every metric and pretend not to have been carried.
dudes dps´ing the out of the enemy do a vital role as in less goons hitting the team is less damage taken for everyone.
dudes getting through the map low dmg taken do a vital role as in leaving ressources to the front liners soaking the dmg up for them (my ogryn face can tell a story about that)
every way you wanna spin it in order to :“my numbers in that field aint that high because…” normally you contribute no matter what in other fields.
UNLESS…
you get
now, realistically speaking i know, given the current player numbers, it won´t happen and most play the game in blissed ignorance.
but that´d be my take on solving the riddle of steel… i mean piggies.

Try pressing “E” when you’re using the party finder. Sometimes the incorrect tags are selected and it won’t allow you to find a party.

I thought of a quick fix to help the challenge skipping. It would be an interim fix and wouldn’t take much to implement but I think it would vastly improve the system with some small tweaks.

Needed a frame upon completion h40 or when doing 100 havoc
Rewards are cool but in havoc dont seem much plenty
