Ohh, no… I couldn’t possibly do this a second time? Still seeing these Reddit posters go crazy on Mr. Oggy. I’m probably going to do a 40 once a week with him! 
As per usual, no metas. It’s funny this time with 3 Oggys & literally 1 Psyker on Vigil Station Oblivium w/ all the hard modifiers of course.

It’s a heavy hitter build with shield, taunt & kickback. Pretty standard. Nothing crazy at all.

Meta is not about crazy, meta is about most useful. If u consistantly clear hardest lvl in the game with this - its clearly meta.

Yeah, there’s nothing really meta about Ogryn, I feel personally… comparing it to other classes with VoC, Smite, Bubble, Chorus. Comparing it to that, Oggy doesn’t have much it’s really a drop in the bucket. Some stuff is more useful for sure, but as a whole, I mean, really nothing is crazy good on him except taunt maybe is the most useful thing here? Since Havoc is a different set of rules compared to normal games you’re actually handicapped as Ogryn because of the Toughness/Health nerfs and on top of that gunners, corruption and also hardened skin as well. So, as Oggy you’re pretty much screwed off the bat. It’s all pure skill from there. You’ll have a harder time with Oggy than other classes. Good job again, Brad.

I’ll take a good ogryn with gigachad dmg, stagger and cleave over a 2nd zealot doing no dmg with chorus + DS / knife, eating all ammo for his flamer any given time.

Well, it is three Ogryns & a Psyker, but he only had bubble, so it was a bit of help somewhat, but still three Oggys with Shields. When I mean no metas, I mean for me personally as Ogryn like you cannot get gold toughness on demand like some classes & that sort of thing to abuse it, etc. The most he has is taunt/bullrush which is still okay. Oggylover above states this perfectly for Ogryn on why & how this is more difficult. ^

Heavy Hitter is the worse choice between HH and FnP. FnP in havoc buys you a lot of safety into ranged while HH makes ogryn pretty bipolar to play. So IMO the actual real Ogryn meta build is FnP with Indomitable.
