Has the new weapon model seriously obstructed the field of view and lost sight? Has it not been tested by the official before its release?

The new shield model shows you that it’s going to have those iron bars on it. There isn’t anything in this game I can think of in terms of models/cosmetics that isn’t realized in the FPV. The new model has a very slightly wider view port, but not enough to compensate for the difference; on that I will agree. However, I think this is a case of knowing full well what you’re buying before you buy it. Should they have made the port larger? Sure, but I don’t see a way around the bars without removing them, and I’d prefer they didn’t as I really like them from an aesthetic point of view.

The answer is no. These weapon cosmetics are also proof of them being massively withheld content - they still have Roman numeral 4s instead of 6s like everything else (and I guess these aren’t important enough to fix this minor detail like the Scab enemies were). The devs fixed the typo of IV instead of VI on most things but early cosmetics like these are proof having not been given those updates.
