Haptic Feedback does not turn off on Xbox controller after Electrokinetic Force Staff secondary attack

After using secondary attack on Electrokinetic Force Staff, haptic feedback does not turn off.
It stays on until you do another secondary attack. Occasionally just straight up never turns off until the mission is over.

In-game settings:
Vibration On
Vibration Intensity = 50%
Gameplay Vibration = 100%
Immersive Vibration = 100%

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Play a Psyker with an Electrokinetic Force Staff
  2. Charge up secondary attack, attack an enemy.
  3. Observe that haptic feedback will not turn off
