My controller vibrates off the desk on opening title screen

I have a controller plugged in as I use it for SOME games. Not darktide. I have vibration set to OFF for darktide. Every time I start the game up the controller vibrates off the desk during the title screen. So, it’s a bug that needs to be fixed.

For now, I have no choice but to unplug my controller every time I ever want to play darktide. Which is a pain in the ass.
