Just had a run with ironbreaker and gromril curse on, but my passive was never triggered once for the entire run. This is most likely caused by the recent update, and needs to be fixed quickly.
Had the same bug - four games in a row, tested with two different talents. It worked on the very first hit, then doesn’t work at all the rest of the game.
