Graphics flicker on surfaces

Issue Description:
The screen flickers, all surfaces are affected. Weapons, water, walls, floors,…
Tried updating Windows, drivers, verifying gamefiles, restarting pc, turning graphics lower. All to no avail.

Steps to Reproduce:
None, happens during the entire game.

Used configurations
Settings are default, can be set to Low graphics, or high graphics, nothing changes.

Same issue here.

Here’s my current settings:
user_settings.config (3.0 KB)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3600
GPU: RX 580 8gb
16 gb RAM.
HDD.
Steam, Windows 10

Thank you for your report! @ModernNecro sorry to bother you 19 days later, but I need some info!

Do you still suffer from these issues, particularly the water related ones? If so, can you tell me if updating your drivers to the newest version does anything?
