I think gk CD reduction boon doesn’t work. When it is active and I use my ult, it still starts at 40 sec cool down. But when I have the 10% CDR from trinket, it works. Can anyone confirm?
It’s 10% cooldown charge rate, not cooldown reduction. Meaning every 1 sec you charge 1.1 sec of your ult.
