Issue Description: Global condition didn’t update/change with timer expiring

Steps to Reproduce:
Wait for global timer to expire - same global condition applied.

Reproduction Rate: Unsure - system may have rolled the same global condition.
Is it scripted to exclude the current condition?

Upload Supporting Evidence: Note: Video editing to cut the wait. Also, modify from auto settings to fix the resolution - YouTube doesn’t seem to cope with 3840 x 1600.

Due to the limited pool of maps and conditions currently available in the POB, this is to be expected. At launch, these warzone condition changes will play a much bigger role.
