Ghost Hits are Extremely Common Now

Issue Description (Required):

“Ghost hits”, or an attack hitting an enemy and getting some form of feedback but not doing any health damage are really bad right now. I’ve seen two headshots in a row against an unmoving enemy get “hit sounds” with no markers and no damage. I do not have clips, and it seems to be basically random, whether connection is good or bad. It’s not an occasional “that was odd” moment, I feel like it’s 1-5% of hits in each round.

I get these a ton as well. It’s why I’ve stopped playing Vet a lot of the time. No incentive anymore.
