Issue Summary:
Title. Its totally unpredictable if you can dodge it or not since animation simply skips most of the time.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Shoot gasboi
  2. Gasboi goes suiciderun
  3. Try to dodge, or not, doesnt matter

Reproduction Rate (Choose One):
Often (< 75%)
