Game wont start up

Issue Description (Required):

When I try to boot up the game sometimes the launcher shows and others it doesn’t. When it does and i click play the game doesn’t start. The only way i can boot up the game is by running it though files, which gets me to press to continue and then the backend Error appears.

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

Could you try this, and then attempt to launch via Steam as normal?:

  1. Remove the GPUDetection.exe in the ‘launcher’ directory:
    Steam\steamapps\common\Warhammer 40,000 DARKTIDE\launcher
  2. Proceed to launch Darktide as normal, via Steam

that seams to open the launcher consistantly but the game still doesnt open via steam and the backend error still happens when opening though files.
