Game thinks i got controller while playing on mouse and keyboard making me unable to move my character

Hello! Do you have a controller connected, or anything like a Razer Tartarus Pro? Or, alternatively, any programs on your PC that are used for connecting a controller/peripherals other than a KB&M?

i’ve got razor mini analog keyboard and logitech ultralight 2 mouse no other connected input other then this.

Could you try a ‘Selective Startup’, and see if the issue persists?:

  1. Press the Windows key
  2. Type ‘msconfig’ and select ‘System Configuration’
  3. On the ‘General’ tab, select ‘Selective Startup’
  4. Deselect ‘Load Startup Items’
  5. Reboot your PC
  6. Launch Darktide as normal

didnt do the trick unfortunetly .
maybe there is an option to disable controler support from the engine side ?

i have nuked every device one by one and its still think i play on controler.

Are you able to access the Settings menu at all? Some button mashing may be required

i cant access setting since my comfirmation button is asignt to some controler button that i dont have but i will try maybe it will work .

Can you see if you have any controllers listed in the Device Manager? Like this:

The windows controler support for some reason was active while no device is a controler… well that solves the issue .
