Game server lags

Issue Description:
Server lag, kills not registering, mobs flying around, character teleportation

Attempted Solutions:
I have 21 ms latency to the game server during session, what else I can do here ?

Tried without mods, same result

Totaly the same for few friends from Latvia region. Started from 1.2.3 Hotfix (1 November), I got this problem from 16.November 1.2.11 Hotfix

I am having this issue every other Sunday and I am so sick of it. I tried for 30 min just now, to start a map, couldn’t because of lag.

same, cant play weekends, maybe too many people play and cheap fatshark servers can not handle amount of players?
