V2 does have a numerical ping option in the settings, but it was only added less than 2 years ago. So following development patterns, it won’t be in Darktide.

Thing is many on release games also tend to have a ton of servers and as said companies can gauge if its worth keeping x amount in the country big examples being new world/wow/lost ark etc If our country doesnt bring the worth in for said server/s then they can minimize the amount/capacity

The one VT player from Namibia also backs it, and likely won’t bother with darktide unless I can get ahold of >100 ping somehow, I don’t mind if its just peer to peer.

Theres microsoft azure and amazon live servers which create game/server instances live (based on demand) and are pretty much everywhere on the planet (probs not SA and middle east though lol), I wonder if FS will go this route?

As said we literally do have Amazon live servers in our country xD we fully supported by AWS
