Game "functions" normally, but the screen is always black and its impossible to see

i have no idea what category to even put this under, about a week ago ive swapped my PC’s processor from a ryzen 3 2200g pro model to a ryzen 5 5600xt and ever since then the game launches completely fine as always, but everytime i actually get into the game the screen is completely blacked, only with some things like the “start mission” icon and the healthbar etc showing through, the controls and everything are fine and work normally but the fact that i cannot see anything at all is making the game simply unplayabale and i’d love to know how to fix it, if there even is a way to do that (screenshot attached for reference as to what is happening)

@chleb a clean reinstallation of Vermintide 2, which involves deleting your AppData, should resolve this (please note, custom settings e.g. graphics, keybinds etc. will be reset):

done everything and after the game finally reinstalled everything works beautifully again, thanks a lot for the help
