Game crashing upon loading account

Long story short, I was opening some hundreds of chests I had accumulated and the game crashed twice. After the second crash, I simply cannot login into the game, it keeps crashing after the “press X to start game” screen, during the loading of settings.
The game runs just fine in my other PSN profile, and I even tried to re-install the game, but to no avail - looks like my save file got corrupted or something.
Is there a way to fix this, or this 2k plus hours save is gone for good? I thank for any help in advance.

Sorry to hear this. I suspect that you’re correct and that your save data has become corrupted somehow.

Do you play in Online mode? If so, please try deleting your local save data - as your progress is stored safely on our servers. Please note that any Offline mode progress will be lost (though you can copy your Online progress back to Offline mode)
