Crashing on the offline loading screen

PSN: SovietScar
Whenever i load into offline and click start, it will the load screen will appear for 13 seconds then will crash to the ps4 homescreen everytime.
I have already tried deleting/reinstalling, and Restoring my licenses

Online works perfectly fine

I suspect your local save data may have become corrupted. I recommend to try deleting your save data - however, please note that any Offline mode progress will be lost. Online mode progress is stored safely on our servers however.
