Game crashing upon completion/loss of a game

Issue Description (Required):

Every time a Chaos Wastes mission or Adventure mission concludes (haven’t tested Versus) whether through a loss or a triumph my game freezes in the final frame of the mission. I am able to speak in chat for a time but I presume the rest of the party are unable to see it. After that time has passed I am booted from the game unto the starting screen, where the game attempts to sign me in, fails, and then crashes & quits. I’ve replicated this just about 4 times now and the end result is the same every single time.
