Crash - On Launch
Issue Description (Required):
I have played last days, and all was fine. Today we wanted to try the Versus mode with the other player but noone joined, so we decided to play the Chaos mode. When I went back to the main menu and clicked the other game mode, the game crashed. Afterwards I tried to start the game again and the game crashes during the loading screen in the game (every time at the same spot “Recruiting heros”, video uploaded).
What I have tried already:
- clean re-installation of GPU drivers
- Windows System File Checker, checked game files in Steam
- Turn off the Firewall and Antivirus
- re-install the game (first time only in steam, the second time was “clen re-installations” with deleting local data)
- Start the game without DLCs (basically, I hadn’t them before, and tried to launch the game with them)
- In the settings change from the DirectX12 to 11 version
- Debug mode
- Launch with modifies (don’t have them)
- and maybe something else, that I don’t remember
