Sorry to hear this @squidjames

I noticed you’re using AMD driver version 26.6.4 which is currently unstable for Darktide. Could you try uninstalling your current drivers using a dedicated removal tool e.g. DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller), and then installing the last known stable driver version 26.6.1?

If the crash persists after this, next please try a clean reinstallation of Darktide itself, which involves deleting your AppData (please note custom settings e.g. keybinds, graphics, loadouts etc. will be reset):
