Hey Ember, are you running a dual-GPU set-up?
Hi Julia, no I’m not, but I swapped my RX 580 to a 5700 XT
Hm, okay, I see the 5700 XT is printed twice in your hardware which is odd! Could you try a clean re-installation of your drivers if you haven’t already?
I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstalled my graphics driver, but I’ve encountered the same problem, it’s still giving me deadlock error, any other way to fix it?

Interesting, I can see references to the Visual C++ Redistributables now (VCRUNTIME140). Could you try this?:

Well I repaired my VCredist but it still prompted the same error, and the same crash

Hmmm, I’ll have to query this with our developers - I’ll let you know once I’ve heard back.
Hi Julia, have you heard anything back?
Sorry for the delay Ember, I realise it’s been a while. It looks like a bad installation to our developers. Have you already tried the ‘Verify and Repair’ option?
- Open the Xbox App
- In ‘My Library’, select ‘Darktide’
- Select ‘More Options (…)’
- Select ‘Manage’
- Select ‘Files’
- Select ‘Verify and Repair’
Yes, I have tried verifying and repairing, many, many times
Do you have the option to reinstall to another drive, possibly?
