Game crash on startup - EAC involved?

Issue Description (Required):

In launcher, I press «play», launcher closes and a black window opens, closes, and I get the 2 prompt for the crash report.
I disabled the mods, I tried to reset the settings from the launcher, it still crashes.
I can though launch the game in the modded realm, but I have a visual bug (see attached screenshot «vt2_bug»)

I tried the steps described in the answer from the other ticket «unable to run game since purchasing»: Unable to run game since purchasing - #6 by FatsharkLev

I added the exeptions to the firewall and antivirus

So, after a good night sleep, I tried again, and the game launches on the official realm, but I have the same graphical error than yesterday on the modded realm:
Everything is black, I only see graphical elements and they «solitaire’s winning» style of stay on screen.

I can navigate to Lohner and collect the Wolf Father’s gift though.

@sarevok glad the EAC issue straightened out! Regarding the graphical error, please try a clean reinstallation of Vermintide 2 which involves deleting your AppData (note any custom settings e.g. graphics, keybinds etc. will be lost):

so I uninstalled, deleted the AppData and reinstalled and it’s all fixed.
