Game crash on start

Hello. I have purchased this game a while a ago and played it about 5 hours with friends on a current hardware setup. I all worked fine. Today I got invited from a friend to a game and it does not even start. The launcher crashes with following info.

So the game is totally unplayable for me in the current state. I have purchased game on the steam. I have also tried to reinstall the game and verify the cache with the same results. Any help would be appriciated. Thank you in advance.

i got curious so i investigated this.

this (above link) and a not so helpful microsoft page lead me to think its advance system care OR a similar type program that has decided to block the program from executing. its not the game itself. the game works just fine. there is something on YOUR computer in error that is stopping it.
is your firewall blocking part of the program? or another security program? for instance i also play strategic command and my firewall tried to make me open it in a virtual container to play which wasnt working for the game. that sort of error…
