Just recently reinstalled windows and and reinstalled this game to revisit it but now I can’t get the game to launch. An error just pops up after pressing Start Game in the launcher.

If I launch the game exe directly i get another error
Already installed c++ stuff, clean installed my GPU drivers with DDU, and verified game files on steam.
I need some help with this please.
