Game Crash during a game

The game crashes constantly, I restarted to play the game after several months while waiting for the new character of Sienna. ( I played this game close to 5000 hours without any problem before
)
Since the resumption the games crash constantly as soon as I am in a game, private or multi I do not play more than 15 minutes, the game crashes suddenly or sometimes even Windows blue screen.
The PC drivers are up to date, the PC is well above the required capacity, the game is recognized and optimized in ‘‘GeForce experience’’, I reinstalled Visual C++, Easyanticheat and checked all of the game files under Steam,no wallpaper is loaded …

  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
  5. Upload here

Upload user_settings.config:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2
  4. Locate the user_settings.config in this directory
  5. Upload here

Your logs show the following error/exit codes 0xFA718003 and 0xc0000005, both of which usually indicate a conflict with Anti-Virus/Firewall software.

I recommend checking out the following articles and ensuring you have appropriate exceptions in place for both Vermintide 2 and Easy Anti-Cheat:

It’s a little better for the game pairing but the Game still crashing in same conditions, I don’t have antivirus installed on my PC only widows defender and I turned protctions off and make a firewall exceptions for the 3 .exe that’s recomanded.

Your new log shows a non-descript Access Violation type crash, but unfortunately doesn’t indicate the exact cause.

Hi fatsharklev,

I finally find from where the problem was, graphic card, the annoying thing was it was not completely broken and some other games still worked well, but when I decided resume playing V2, the high level of fps make it crash after 15 min around when things became intense.

Thx you for your help anyway, that allowed me to do all the step by step verification and give me a direction, i already fix the problem and actually play on W11 and already done many games/expeditions, everything work perfectly.
