Issue Summary:
Game always crash OR Bluescreen after the game start 5-30 minutes.
I rarely have the opportunity to finish 1 misson
The problem lasted more than two months on my PC. 
The game crashed or bluescreen more than hundreds of times
Once upon a time, I used Video Driver(Version18.9.3)
Windows crashed and bluescreen , I try to analyze the system logs(windows minidump)
the dump tell me because of
< a application named"steamservices.e"(not .exe) called cmdide.sys >
(I will upload the dump file soon)
NOW, I used Video Driver(Version18.2.1)
There will be no blue screen in this driver version
But the game will still crash,

I disable “steamservices” service in WINDOWS then the problem has been Solved.
I tink this way can help someone problem like me…
(but…game will crash again in Update #3)
