It would be pretty swell if all modifiers were available at all ‘normal’ difficulty levels instead of some being locked away in havoc. Some may need a nerf for lower difficulties, but everyone irregardless of skill level should be able to experience them.

Yeah, my current thought is this misinfo came from incorrect interpretation of: [image] Bound by Duty - Free Update Out Now Mutated poxwalkers and Moebian 21ths will now have a chance to appear in normal missions as part of their respective horde types
