Fps drops on camera movement

i’ve got extrem fps drops whenever camera is moved .

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

for some reason i dont have that lag on high sensitivity if i place sensitivity to 1.0 i dont have lag at all
but i dont play on 1.0 sensitivity its 10x to fast so i play on 0.1 sensitivity … so it lags whenever i move my mouse to fast …

i started to change my pulling rate on my mouse from 8000 hz to 4000 hz and its stopped lagging… wierd bug .
