Force Sword Deflector blessing not working when shot by snipers

When blocking snipers with the deflector blessing on a force sword, no damage is blocked.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play as a psyker equipped with force sword with deflector blessing and kinetic deflection feat.
  2. Get shot by a sniper while blocking, and observe that no damage is blocked.

Got confirmation that this is not a bug. The sniper doesn’t care and will shoot through anything - even through an Ogryn’s Shield.

However, this might be subject to change in the future.

ogryn shield has now been changed to block sniper shots

for the sake of consistency, can you reconsider your stance on deflector?
