I like your ideas since, they basically repeat my thoughts from another post. And I completely agree on the 1st paragraph being the most important fix this game needs now.
But the problem is, all these ideas have been already expressed, yet nothing has changed still. Check out this post, it has all the links.
So thanks for repeating this stuff yet again, but the people are aware of it, as well as the devs, so we are just left to wait for their reaction.
